During his career, he has been a key executive member of two Silicon Valley technology companies with a span of control that encompassed general management, P&L ownership, and global sales and marketing. As a start-up executive member with the Sequoia Capital funded, [24]7.ai, Mr. Larson led the company through a period of sustained growth that spurred the expansion of global technology infrastructures across North America, Europe, and Asia. Today, [24]7.ai is the leading A.I. powered virtual agent company with over 15,000 employees and $400M in annualized revenue.

Leaping into the telecom deployments straight out of highschool, Simon Ojulo has over 13 years of industry experience. Simon climbed through the ranks of 4G turf deployments constructing wireless cell towers, backhaul fiber circuits, and wireless DAS systems. Propelling his career to becoming one of the youngest construction managers in the Northeast region, Simon built a solid reputation servicing wireless network deployments for Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint, and Ericsson. Eager to continue growth, Simon pivoted his career by becoming an entrepreneur in the broadband sector of Telecom, deploying installation, aerial bucket, and OSP Fiber crews for Spectrum, Comcast, and Cablevision. Simon’s broadband industry experience led to datacomm deployments, providing enterprise Cloud and Voice over IP wiring services. Having mastered the three core sectors that make up the emerging 5G network, Simon has developed a multifaceted 5G training program, in which he teaches the various skill sets required to build and maintain a 5G system.

Mr. Luna embodies the ideal balance as both corporate visionary and financial gatekeeper for both Fortune 500 public companies and private companies.
As CEO of Utilipath, LLC, a private equity-backed telecommunications infrastructure construction company, he led the companies efforts to deploy and maintain networks for AT&T, Verizon, CenturyLink, Sprint, TMobile, Windstream, and Frontier Communications. As President and CFO of US Carrier Telecom, a 3,700 regional fiber network, Mr. Luna led the company to the INC 5000 four years consecutively and implemented the first 4G deployment for Verizon in Georgia and Alabama.
Mr. Golden began his career at MCI engineering and ramping up its long haul network to OC-48 level from Memphis to Longview. Mr. Golden then joined Broadwing where he was essential in the growth of the Long Haul and Metro markets providing management of the West Region Installation and Testing Services. Mr. Golden then moved onto OnFiber where he developed the entrepreneurial spirit he brings to every company he has created. After the acquisition of OnFiber in September of 2005 Mr. Golden merged into Qwest and was crucial in helping provide process and procedures for the Pre-Sales process helping Qwest burst into the Metro Ethernet space with rapid growth. After leaving Qwest Mr. Golden moved to Zayo Bandwidth to start the first Fiber Department in charge of ICB process and worked closely with Zayo C level team on all dark fiber acquisitions helping with documentation, due diligence and negotiations.
When creating ICC Mr. Golden utilized his skills that were obtained through hard work with the numerous carriers and companies he has been involved with taking knowledge from each and transitioning that into a thriving consulting business. Customers are but not limited to, Zayo, WANRack, Verizon, Conterra, Sprint/T-Mobile, ATT, Windstream, Uniti Fiber and CenturyLink. With continued growth in the fiber construction and engineering departments, ICC has grown its offering to include these verticals and partnering with CEC Infrastructure Group and KLJ Engineering have been very prosperous.
Mr. Golden did take a brief hiatus from telecom to create a new business with his wife. Caresource, INC is now almost 1 million in revenue per year. The company has 2 departments, medical billing and sales of medical durable medical equipment. Mr. Golden enjoyed the time working closely with his wife opening and growing these companies and with great pleasure, his wife in now running all operations.
Richard Kolsby is a pioneer in the telecommunications industry and a successful serial entrepreneur with a track record in defining leading edge business opportunities and building successful companies. Mr. Kolsby brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and operational experience to his ventures. His companies have returned over one billion dollars in appreciation to his initial investors.
Mr. Kolsby has been working most recently in the developing 5G wireless and fiber broadband plans to reach small business and residential customers in rural markets. He has successfully designed and built networks for ILECs is Missouri, South Dakota, Alabama and Georgia.
Mr. Kolsby’s entrepreneurial successes include founding, FDN Communications, Inc., which became the largest competitive telephone company in Florida with over 250,000 small medium business (SME) lines. Founding Metro Access Networks (MAN) and creating a unique partnership with Century Telephone Enterprises to construct fiber networks in Dallas, Ft. Worth, Austin, San Antonio and Houston. Founding Metrex Corporation which secured a unique and exclusive agreement with Southern Company for use of all their power rights-of-way throughout Atlanta and Birmingham and then became part of Metropolitan Fiber Systems (MFS). Co-founded one of the first four Competitive Access Providers, Intermedia Communications (ICI and built fiber networks in Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville and Miami.
Concurrent with his entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. Kolsby developed business plans and helped obtain funding to build fiber networks in San Diego and Los Angeles as a consultant. His other consulting engagements included economic studies and developed business plans for various long-distance carriers, switching manufacturers and Independent Telephone Companies.
His early career was at the Winter Park Telephone Company (WPT), a small and innovative Independent Telephone Company. Over those 16 years he held numerous engineering and planning roles in analog switching, analog microwave, digital carrier, digital microwave, digital switching and fiber optics.
Paul’s successful background is in growing, financing and selling technology companies with internet services, cloud storage, phone & voice services and managed IT services. He has a track record of over-achievement whether marketing tech-services or building successful tech-service companies.
Early in his career, Paul spent most of his time building int’l voice and data networks including creating and operating a large bank-trading network connecting the Rio Di Janeiro stock exchange with their hundreds of banking and trading partners throughout the world. Paul’s company also operated some of the world’s first digital networks in places like Moscow, Lebanon & Romania using satellite, fiber-optic, wireless, and other modern voice and data technologies still in use today.
In 1992, Paul founded World-Link, a leading provider of USA and international phone services to ethnic communities throughout U.S. The company was known as an industry innovator with a state-of-the-art 20,000 square foot data center in NYC and in using diverse marketing initiatives while also developing proprietary on-line CRM software that greatly reduced client support costs. After doubling revenue every year for 10 straight years and reaching $500 million in revenue, 150 employees and 4 regional offices world-wide, the company was sold in 2008 to a global carrier. Paul led the sale as part of an industry wide M&A roll-up of several similar service providers in the telco sector.
In 2008, Paul started OneStopCorp as technology consulting office focused on the NYC Metro Tech and Finance industries. Consulting services include fiber optic and wireless technology implementation within high-rise and medium sized commercial and residential buildings including an emphasis on “Building Management Systems” or BMS, which automate operations for HVAC, LEED, security, video and common space systems.
More recently, OneStopCorp successfully completed a two year-long project deploying a large fiber-optic voice and video network into the NY Stock exchange for a large regional Internet Service Provider. During this time, Paul became involved with helping other tech startups in raising money as well as related M&A services.
